This project was carried out for Eastlands Compounding in Manchester.
Having built them a stand alone industrial unit 3 years ago they were still running out of under cover storage space, and needed a quick and cost effective solution.
Working with the local planners we developed a scheme which complied with the Governments ‘Permitted Development’ scheme which saved weeks of planning applications and awaiting a decision.
This allowed us to design and construct the canopy which is shown in the photographs.Please click on the photographs to see them in greater detail.
Given that the canopy was to be built in a very busy transport area it was vital to the client that the project was completed in as short a time as possible, with minimal disruption.
This we achieved and handed the canopy over to the client within four weeks.
