Despite the current economic climate, here at Condale Construction we are managing to keep securing contracts based on our quality and value for money
Currently we have three major projects in Rossendale at various stages in the planning process with immediate starts committed on receiving planning approval.We have just started a £120,000.00 domestic extension in Bolton, along with a domestic extension in Crawshawbooth.
Work is progressing on the farmhouse restoration in Helmshore, and we have secured two new domestic contracts,with a bungalow refurbishment and extension in Higher Cloughfold, and a domestic extension in Rawtenstall both due to start in early October
We have recently found a major upturn in the level of enquiries we are receiving,and are currently pricing a large number of projects which we are hoping will be converted to orders.
We are also carrying out on going works for Rolls Royce at their Barnoldswick Sites.
