With a great deal of close working with the client and his architect this near derelict building was carefully restored to beyond any ones expectations providing a top quality residence.

Whilst this project took condale construction a year to complete the results were well worth it with attention to detail a priority-- from the choice of materials used outside to the high specification internal fittings,bespoke staircase and gallery feature,two high specification bathrooms,giving the clients exactly what they wanted within an agreed time scale and budget.
