Condale Construction is approaching its 25th Anniversery,having been founded in 1980 by Mr. Peter Connolly Snr and his son Peter Connolly Jnr,assisted by Mrs Alicia Connolly in her role as Company Secretary.

Whilst Mr. Connolly Snr has now semi retired the company remains under the control of Peter Connolly Jnr and his sister Mrs Sheila Dewhurst has taken over as company secretary

Having started in a very small way back in 1980 from an office attached to the family home the company quickly grew from strength to strength with its name being renowned for quality workmanship along with a fair price and good service.

Whilst if you listen to the media these are qualities which have long since disappeared from the Construction Industry and Building trade in general we are proud to say that these ‘old’ traditions have continued to be a top priority at Condale Construction Ltd,and in that respect we have not moved with the times!

This is the only way Condale Construction has not moved with the times having grown from its a small company to one with a turnover in excess of £1 million.
This has not been achieved overnight,but seen steady growth year by year by undertaking quality projects and providing quality workmanship throughout these projects,both from its own skilled workforce,and if the need arises to use a Sub Contractor then these are hand picked for the specific project from a list of Contractors that Condale Construction have personally used for over 10 years.Our quality is guaranteed!
Whilst the company has grown we still preserve the personal touch which you would expect from a small company,with Peter Connolly firmly at the helm keeping a close overall eye on ALL projects which the company have active at any one time,closely supported by members of his own family in key roles within the Company.
